About
Surprised to be a political Candidate!
Born in Flushing, Queens N.Y., Moved to Massachusetts in 1978 at age 24 where I lived for 23 years. Went to college at age 43 to obtain a bachelors of science in occupational therapy. Graduating year 1999 I took my motorcycle and two girlfriends around the country, including Colorado. I fell in love with the area and as I watched the beautiful mountains disappear behind me, I teared up. I knew I belonged here. This was august of 1999 and I vowed to live here by October. I went home and packed up my mattress, a few boxes, and my motorcycle, and headed west. I have been here since October of 1999. I resided in Arvada area and two years ago moved to Colorado springs. The big little town. I purchased my 2600 square foot home and made part of it into an air BNB. I also practice occupational therapy as i have in Colorado for 23 years. My political leanings have changed over the years and after moving to the springs have become more involved in the libertarian party. I feel closely allied to the views and beliefs of this party. I was quite shocked when I heard my voice agree to run for county commissioner district 5.
